Not attending Delhi security dialogue on Afghanistan due to ‘scheduling reasons’ : China

China said on Tuesday that it isn’t going to the security discourse on Afghanistan assembled by India because of “planning reasons”.

Last month, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held discussions with acting Deputy Prime Minister of Taliban’s interval organization in Afghanistan Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar in the Qatari capital of Doha.
