Increase in Maharashtra’s active Covid-19 cases ‘alarming’ : Health minister Rajesh Tope

Mumbai : Maharashtra’s Health Minister Rajesh Tope on Wednesday communicated worry over the ascent in the quantity of new just as dynamic COVID-19 cases in the state, and named it as a disturbing circumstance.

On Tuesday, Maharashtra announced 2,172 new Covid-19 cases, up by 50% from 1,426 contaminations recorded a day prior, and 22 new passings, the wellbeing office prior said.
