Budget is betrayal of middle classes, nothing for farmers and youth : Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala

The Congress on Tuesday blamed Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of deceiving the nation’s salaried and working classes by not reporting any alleviation means for them in the Union Budget.

Congress general secretary and boss representative Randeep Surjewala said the salaried and the working classes had been impacted because of pay cuts and high expansion.

“India’s salaried class and working class were expecting alleviation in the midst of pandemic, all round pay scales and overwhelming expansion. FM and PM have again profoundly baffled them in Direct Tax measures,” Surjewala said on Twitter.

“This is a double-crossing of India’s Salaried Class and Middle Class. #Budget2022,” he said in his underlying comments on the Union Budget.

Naming the archive a “Nothing financial plan”, he said in a Twitter post in Hindi that it doesn’t has anything for poor people, the salaried and the working classes just as ranchers and the young “whose pockets are vacant”. There isn’t anything, he added, to expand spending and to advance limited scope industry.

In his remarks not long after the money serve introduced the spending plan for 2022-23 in Parliament, Surjewala likewise asked how the public authority was forcing charge on benefit from digital currencies when it isn’t clear assuming that it is legitimate.

“What’s more Ms Finance Minister, kindly tell the Nation – Is Crypto Currency now legitimate, without bringing the Crypto Currency Bill, as you charge the cryptographic money?

“Shouldn’t something be said about its controller? Shouldn’t something be said about guideline of Crypto Exchanges? Shouldn’t something be said about financial backer security? #Budget2022,” the Congress representative said in another tweet.

Congress pioneer Manickam Tagore added that it is a “favorable to corporate” and “supportive of rich” spending don’t plan with anything for the working class and ranchers.
