As Uttar Pradesh casted a ballot in Phase 3, Prime Minister Narendra Modi designated the SP and Congress from Hardoi and Unnao that will go to the surveys in Phase 4 on February 23, blaming them for being “delicate on dread” and in explicit addressing Akhilesh Yadav’s party over Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi’s “UP ke bhaiye” comment.
