Supreme Court asks UP govt to clear their stand on Ashish Mishra’s bail in Lakhimpur Kheri violence case

The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked the Uttar Pradesh Government to plainly explain its backup Monday on the bail conceded to Lakhimpur Kheri brutality case prime charged Ashish Mishra by the Allahabad High Court.

For the applicants, senior guidance Dushyant Dave looked for abrogation of Mishra’s bail, fighting the High Court’s organization experienced non-utilization of brain.
