Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain to remain behind bars till June 18

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain, captured by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a tax evasion case, will keep on excess behind the bars till June 18 as a court on Tuesday held its structure on his bail request.

Unique Judge Geetanjali Goel saved the request till June 18 subsequent to hearing contentions from Jain also the ED.

The government organization had captured Jain on May 30 under criminal segments of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

On June 9, the court had reached out by four days the ED guardianship of Jain on an application from the organization that looked for his further care for five additional days.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has named all claims evened out against Jain as misrepresentation.

In the mean time, a viral picture of the imprisoned priest with a swollen face while purportedly being taken to the emergency clinic from the ED’s care has started hypotheses of injury.

Senior AAP pioneer Sanjay Singh, sharing the image on Twitter, considered it a “dark imprint” on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ED. “The nation won’t ever pardon you,” he said.

As per Jain’s legal advisor, the Delhi serve was experiencing post-Covid rest apnea, and must be shipped off the emergency clinic as he was not feeling good.
