In the midst of boundless countrywide fights, Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pande on Friday said the timetable of enrollment of troops would begin soon and invited the move of the Central Government to expand the upper age limit for those enrolling to join under the “Agnipath” plot.
The choice of the Government has been gotten to concede a one-time waiver, expanding the passage period of enrollment to a long time from 21, for the enlistment pattern of 2022, the Army Chief said.
“This choice will give an open door to large numbers of our young, fiery and energetic youth who, regardless of the COVID-19 pandemic, were getting ready to join the enlistment rallies, which couldn’t be finished over the most recent two years due COVID limitations, ” the General said.
“The timetable for the enlistment cycle will be reported without further ado. We call upon our childhood to benefit this chance for enlisting in the Indian Army as “Agniveers”, the General said.
