The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has captured a seventh individual regarding the merciless killing of designer Kanhaiya Lal in Rajasthan’s Udaipur last month, a representative said on Sunday.
The representative said Farhad Mohammad Sheik, moniker Babla, was captured on Saturday night. He was a ‘nearby crook partner’ of Riaz Akhtari, one of the two fundamental denounced, and took a functioning part in the connivance to kill the designer, the representative said.
Kanhaiya Lal was killed with a blade inside his fitting shop on June 28.

The NIA had on June 29 re-enrolled the case under the counter fear Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in the wake of taking it over from the Rajasthan Police.

“NIA has re-enrolled a case under Sections 452, 302, 153(A), 153(B), 295(A) and 34 of IPC and Sections 16, 18 and 20 of UA(P) Act, 1967 against blamed who have contrived, arranged and committed the intolerable murder…,” the organization representative had said.
