Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Shehnaaz Gill’s new song, Yaar Ka Sataya Hua Hai, has been watched by 13 million people on YouTube.
The song was sung by B Praak, directed by Arvind Khaira, and choreographed by Rajit Dev. These are the same people who worked on the song, Baarish Ki Jaaye.
I have worked with Nawazuddin before and this is the second time I am working with him. He is not famous for dancing, but it was still an amazing experience. The first time was when the song Baarish Ki Jaaye came out, and the popular dance move spread widely on social media. So, I knew exactly how much I wanted Nawaz sir to dance. So, I really wanted Nawaz sir to dance a lot. I made sure that the hook step would appear nice on him. He is a very talented actor who performs the dance steps in his own unique way.
Rajit says that he is happy to have had the opportunity to work with Shehnaaz Gill. We could not include her dance in the video because it did not fit with the character and the director’s instructions. But then I had an idea about the sets and convinced her to do some graceful spins around Nawaz sir. It feels like you’re in a dream. She was very impressive and made the shot look beautiful just by being there.
