Supermodel Heidi Klum is angry about false reports that say she only eats 900 calories a day. She thinks that journalism is not honest anymore.
Shortly after being in the news for her rumored strict diet, Klum clarified the situation on social media.
The 50-year-old lady who used to work for Victoria’s Secret denied the rumors about her eating habits on Instagram.
In a video, she said, “I just got home, and my friends are sending me articles about me only eating 900 calories. “
The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model explained that she has never had to keep track of the number of calories she consumes in her life.
She said, “Don’t believe everything you read, so I don’t keep track of how many calories I eat. ”
Heidi said that she explained why she showed her weight to her followers in the same video clip.
She remembered that someone asked her how heavy she was, and she got on the scale to show them her weight. I don’t have any knowledge or understanding about it. People are only hastily creating content without any thought, and it’s unfortunate because true journalism is no longer present.
“People create stories, one person starts writing it, and then everyone else joins in,” the previous star of “Project Runway” added.
“And it’s really unfortunate because when people read that, they may believe it and even act upon it, and that’s not a positive thing. ”
Before, The Daily Mail said that Heidi told her followers that she only eats 900 calories every day.
According to the outlet, they found out about this information during a Q&A session that happened on Sunday, August 20 on Instagram Story. Also, the outlet said that she ate her usual healthy breakfast which consists of three eggs that were cooked in water and a warm soup made from chicken.
