Petroleum and diesel costs on Tuesday flooded to unsurpassed significant levels as rates were expanded again after global oil costs hit the best grade since 2014.
Petroleum cost was climbed by 25 paise a liter and diesel by 30 paise, as per a value notice of state-claimed fuel retailers.
This sent the petroleum cost in Delhi to its most elevated at any point level of Rs 102.64 a liter and to Rs 108.67 in Mumbai. Diesel rates, as well, contacted a record high of Rs 91.07 in Delhi and Rs 98.80 in Mumbai.

The 6th expansion in fuel rates in seven days’ time has sent petroleum costs above Rs 100 in most significant urban areas of the country.

A month back Brent was not exactly USD 72 for each barrel.
