Won’t let power shortage take place in Punjab, says CM Charanjit Singh Channi

Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi said on Monday his administration won’t let a force power outage occur in the state and he has requested the Center to guarantee a sufficient stock from coal.

Channi’s assertion came in the midst of a force emergency set off by extreme coal deficiency in the state’s nuclear energy stations.

“Not just Punjab, the whole nation is confronting the force emergency on account of coal deficiency,” Channi told correspondents, adding that he addressed the coal serve and surprisingly had composed a letter in such manner.
