Jaish-e-Mohammad top terrorist commander Sham Sofi killed in Pulwama in J&K.

Top fear monger commandant of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) Sham Sofi was killed in an experience with security powers in Pulwama region of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, police said.

Following up on explicit contributions about the presence of fear mongers in Tilwani Mohalla Waggad in the Tral space of Awantipora, in south Kashmir’s Pulwama region, security powers dispatched a cordon and search activity there, a police official said.

He said an experience broke out after the aggressors started shooting at the security staff, who fought back.

In the trading of fire, an aggressor was killed, the authority said.

Assessor General of Police (Kashmir) Vijay Kumar said the killed psychological militant has been recognized as Sham Sofi who was a top JeM leader.

“Top JeM Commander #terrorist Sham Sofi killed in Tral #Encounter,” the IGP said on Kashmir Zone Police’s Twitter handle. — PTI
