We are real Shiv Sena, who are you trying to scare, says Party rebel Eknath Shinde on disqualification demand

With the Shiv Sena group drove by Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray looking for wiping out of enrollment of a few dissident MLAs, serve Eknath Shinde, who has led the rebel against the party, has guaranteed that the gathering drove by him is the “genuine Shiv Sena”, and furthermore hit back saying he and his allies wouldn’t be threatened by the exclusion dangers.

In a progression of tweets posted on Thursday night, Shinde who is exploring nature in Guwahati alongside 37 Sena lawmakers and 10 Independents, said according to the tenth Schedule of the Constitution, a party whip is given for the governing body procedures and not so much for going to a gathering.

The Shiv Sena drove by Thackeray has looked for the exclusion of 12 lawmakers from the Shinde camp for not going to the council party meeting on Wednesday.

Answering it, Shinde said in tweets, “There are a few Supreme Court choices in such manner. Who are you attempting to alarm? We figure out your games and regulation also. You can’t request activity against 12 of our MLAs in light of the fact that we are faithful to Balasaheb Thackeray and are the genuine Shiv Sena and Shiv Sainiks. Truth be told, we request activity against you for shaping a gathering regardless of having no numbers.”

Directly following his disobedience, Shinde was sacked as Shiv Sena’s gathering chief in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. The party named Ajay Chaudhary in his place. Notwithstanding, the dissident group passed a goal holding Shinde as their gathering chief and selected Bharat Gogawale as the main whip instead of Sunil Prabhu.

Prabhu had sent letters to the renegades, requesting that they go to the council party meeting in Mumbai on Wednesday night or face activity under the counter surrender regulation. PTI
