Depression is a major problem in Indian society. Many people are scared of feeling depressed. A lot of people die from feeling really sad and don’t even realize they have depression. In India, people do not know much or talk about mental health. Even though I used to think like most people in Delhi, I now realize that this is a very important problem.
How do you keep your mind healthy.
In simple terms, nowadays, mental disorders are caused by social media. I think that if you use social media less, then most of the problem will be solved. Believe me, this is something that is useful and can be put into practice. You should try to rest during work and practice yoga for your mental fitness.
Do you think people in the entertainment industry are often singled out for depression and anxiety.
Yes, this is completely true. People who work in the entertainment industry are often prone to feeling worried or sad.

When I feel sad, I watch online streaming shows, or else I take long car rides or go shopping.
