The Bombay High Court on Thursday said it would hear on October 26 the bail supplication documented by Aryan Khan, child of entertainer Shah Rukh Khan, regarding an instance of capture of restricted medications on board a journey transport off the Mumbai coast.
Aryan Khan’s promoter Satish Maneshinde referenced the request before a solitary seat of Justice NW Sambre, looking for critical hearing on Friday.

Aryan Khan (23) moved the High Court on Wednesday evening after an uncommon NDPS court here dismissed his bail supplication in the early evening.

The lower court had additionally dismissed the bail supplications of Aryan Khan’s companion Arbaaz Merchant and design model Munmun Dhamecha.
The three were captured on October 3 by the NCB after it assaulted the Goa-bound boat and professed to have held onto drugs, including charas.
