Congress general secretary for Uttar Pradesh Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday said the Congress, whenever casted a ballot to control in the state, would give Class XII pass young ladies cell phones and graduate young ladies a scooty each.

“Recently I met some young lady understudies. They said they need cell phones for their examinations and security. I’m glad to report that today the UP Congress has chosen, with the assent of the proclamation council, that we will give cell phones to between pass young ladies and electronic scooties to graduate young ladies on framing its administration,” Vadra tweeted.

The tweet follows a past declaration by Vadra of giving 40% of all Congress tickets in the impending UP decisions to ladies.

The Congress authoritatively hailed the choice saying, “It is astounding. The party-administered states in different spots have additionally consistently attempted to engage young ladies and ladies.”

Vadra labeled in her tweet a photograph with a gathering of school and understudies cooperating with the media.

One of the understudies is seen saying that Vadra inquired as to whether they had telephones for clicking selfies. “We said we neither have telephones nor are they permitted in universities.
