The Chinese capital Beijing further fixed measures on Monday to contain the new spike in Covid-19 cases, asking inhabitants who went to different spaces of the country that detailed a flood to put off their return plans as cases kept on climbing broadly, raising worries about the adequacy of the zero-Covid strategy.

The Beijing Health Commission declared that inhabitants who are on trips outside of the city ought to delay their return if they have visited areas that have detailed affirmed cases during a similar period.

“Individuals who have effectively returned to Beijing from movements should report their tracks to nearby networks, lodgings or organizations promptly and begin self-quarantine,” the commission said.
